それもそのハズ。
最愛ちゃん、いつも通り牛乳で割ってしまっていたー。
しかもコーラやのにね、炭酸やのにね、ミキサーやからね、そらもうアワアワになりましたさ(;^ω^)
これでは本来の味はわからぬ・・・（涙）
ちゃんと読んでから作れば良かった(´；ω；`)

とはいえ、味覚は人ぞれぞれなので、やはりご自身で試されるのがよいですね♪

ホエイプロテイン、飲むタイミングは運動後？
どうやら飲むタイミングも重要らしいんす。
吸収の早い「ホエイプロテイン」なら運動後30分以内。
吸収がゆっくりで持続性がある「ガゼインプロテイン」「ソイプロテイン」なら、就寝前や朝食や間食。
